A practical meeting-room planning checklist

Start with room purpose and size before choosing products. A small huddle room and a large boardroom should not use the same design.

Key questions

How many people use the room? Which collaboration platform is standard? Will users bring their own laptops? Is content sharing important? Who will support the room?

Audio matters first

Participants will tolerate an average picture more easily than poor audio. Microphone coverage, speaker quality and room acoustics should be considered carefully.
